The paper slitting machine is composed of a frame, a transmission system, a feeding and unwinding mechanism, a tension control device, a traction member, a slitting support, a waste winding and discharging device, etc. It cuts the raw material into several independent units. Its working principle is to fix the raw material on the discharge shaft. One end of the discharge shaft is equipped with a magnetic powder tension controller to keep the tension required by the raw material constant and then passes through a pair of rubber rollers.

To pull the raw material, cut it into several strips with the blade. Then it is guided to A and B winding shafts by each guide roller to wind up the finished product. Its transmission is driven by the main motor to drive the traction rubber roller and the receiving shaft to run synchronously to achieve the purpose of traction feeding and finished product receiving. 1. Frame and transmission system: The frame is composed of left and right wall panels, supports, and feeding machinery. The transmission system is mainly used to pull raw materials and wind up finished products. It is powered by a variable frequency stepless speed regulation motor through the V-belt of the motor to make the traction rubber roller run. The main traction rubber roller and the driven traction rubber roller are close to each other and run synchronously. The raw material is pulled to walk, and the lower circular knife shaft is driven synchronously by the active traction roller In turn, to achieve better cutting requirements, the lower circular cutter shaft drives the rewinding A and rewinding B to run synchronously, so as to achieve the purpose of rewinding.

2. Receiving mechanism and its tension device: The receiving mechanism is mainly composed of chains, synchronous wheels, magnetic powder clutches, and air expansion shafts. Two rewinding shafts are controlled by a single motor, and the tension of the rewinding shaft can be changed by adjusting the current of the magnetic powder clutch.

3. Traction member: The traction member is mainly composed of a pair of traction rubber rollers and several hard oxidized aluminum rollers, which are used to draw raw materials and walk for finished product winding. Its power comes from the motor passing through the V-belt to the active traction rubber roller to make it run.

4. Slitting knife frame: The slitting knife frame has round knife slitting and straight knife slitting. Operating the handle through the plane cam can make the round knife move slightly axially to adjust the shear gap between the cutting edge of the round knife and the groove of the pad sleeve.

5. Waste rewinding and discharge: the waste is discharged through the air duct by the wind of the blower.

6. Unwinding mechanism and automatic deviation correction: The unwinding mechanism mainly consists of a discharge shaft, a support block, a cylinder, a base, a left, and right moving seat, etc. The automatic deviation correction device: there are photoelectric openings, deviation correction guide rollers, left and right brackets, deviation correction moving plates, ball nuts Composed of screw rods, a synchronous motor and left and right limit switches.
