Dahua First 10.9-meter Ultra Wide Primary Slitter Put into Production!

  In June 2024, Dahua's first 10.9-meter ultra wide slitter was successfully put into production at Changzhou Zhongheng New Materials Co., Ltd., marking the landing of high-end wide slitter made in China.

  Looking back at the whole project process, Zhongheng also attaches great importance to it. Before purchasing, they specially arranged a roll of 12μm PET film with width of 10.6 meters and nearly 20 tons to our factory in Deqing for trial. The slitting width is 2.5 meters, they requested to perform as NO intital wrinkle, NO ripples, 95 Shore C hardness, run at a speed same as other slitter from European. On the same day,  Zhongheng also tested the rewinding effect of 12 μm PET film with width of 2.5 meters on Dahua 3.0 slitter. The test run of both machines meet the requirements and even exceeds the expectation, which also lays a good foundation for the ultra wide slitter to produce good finished rolls at the first running in Zhongheng.
